He obtained his a master's degree from Shanghai iao Tong University School of Medicine in otolaryngology. Dr. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Dalhousie, Canada from 2009 to 2010.

Dr. He worked in a 3A tertiary public hospital and a private high-end clinic in Shanghai for many years.

He is proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases, and diagnosis and treatment plans for rare diseases and difficult diseases. He is qualified for most tertiary surgeries.

Dr. He has participated in a number of national and Shanghai projects in China, as well as several Canadian national projects, and has published more than ten papers.
